My version of a 7 layer dip!

Need a quick appetizer and love Mexican food? Well here is my version of a 7 layer dip. Which was a big hit last weekend at the cottage.

I started off by using a 8" by 8" tin pan, for easy clean up!

My first layer is one box of cream cheese (light) at room temperature.

Second layer, is about a cup of zesty bean dip made by Tostitos Chips.

Third layer is about a cup of sour cream.
Forth layer is a cup of salsa.
Fifth layer, is grated cheese. Enough to cover the salsa.
Final layer, is a few sliced green onions.
Refrigerate after. Make sure to let your dip sit out about 15 to 20 minutes before serving so the cream cheese can get a little soft for easy scooping.

The best thing about this dip is that you can pretty much do any combination. You can add guacamole, fresh diced tomatoes or whatever you like.

I made this dip again for this weekend because I took Friday off of work, so Denis, Nacho and I can have a 4 day weekend at the cottage!! Monday is a holiday here in Canada!! A great way to end the summer!

Hope everyone has a great rest of the week and weekend! See you all back here on Tuesday!

Later!
