DIY Project: Ruffle Necklace

So I had a bunch of left over fabric from my DIY post called 'This plus That'. So I searched and searched for a fun project to share with you guys and I found this fabulous DIY from Jessica over on her blog called Happy Together. I think it's super cute and it was so easy and fast to do.

Make it your own and have fun with it. I attached a little stretch ribbed jersey rosette and a felt leaf with hot glue.
