Yum Yum!


To keep with trying to lose weight in NOW 9 weeks (eek!) I have replaced my breakfast with an awesome smoothie that I take in a travel mug on the way to work.

Here is the recipe:

1/2 cup of frozen strawberries
1/4 cup of avocado
2 tablespoons of yogurt

1/2 cup of skim milk

*Play around with the ingredients to make it the way you like it.

Put all ingredients in a blender and puree on high. Hold on tight, the first few seconds are a bit rough until the mixture smoothes out. Around 120 calories.

So easy and so good! I also have a healthy snack between my breakfast smoothie and lunch.
