So my 2010 resolution is to lose about 15 lbs in 10 weeks. To help me on the way I downloaded a new app for my iphone called 'Lose It'. It helps set goals and establish a daily calorie budget to keep you on track. It has some great reviews and it's FREE! I love you iphone!
